SessionLoop provides business scheduling, recurring-session management, attendance and cancellation tracking, client and staff access, and billing reports. Reports are operational estimates based on information entered into the Service and are not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Unless a payment feature is expressly identified in the Service, SessionLoop does not process or collect payment from your clients. You remain responsible for invoicing, collecting payment, and confirming the accuracy of rates, attendance, fees, and reports.
3. Accounts and Authentication
SessionLoop uses passwordless email verification. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding login codes and active sessions, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Workspace administrators control staff and client access and are responsible for assigning appropriate roles.
- Workspace members must use only the permissions granted to them and must not share access with unauthorized people.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload information you do not have the right or required consent to use.
- Harass others, violate applicable law, or infringe another person’s rights.
- Disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- Send automated requests at a rate that degrades the Service for others.
5. Workspace Data and Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain rights in the data you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
